PRIVACY POLICY & PDPA NOTICE — Energizer "Match the Power"

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, disclosed and
protected when you take part in the Energizer "Match the Power" contest via this website.
The contest is organised by Energizer Singapore Pte. Ltd (the "Organiser") and administered
on its behalf by Elitez (FMCG) Pte Ltd, part of the Elitez Group of Companies (the
"Administrator", "we", "us", "our"). We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's
Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
When you enter the contest we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Identity & contact details: full name, age confirmation, contact number, email address and,
for prize fulfilment, your mailing/collection address.
- Purchase proof: the receipt image you upload and its details (retailer, amount and date of
purchase), including the qualifying Energizer product(s) purchased.
- Technical & usage data: your IP address, submission timestamp, and limited cookie/analytics
data, used in aggregate for security, fraud prevention and to improve the site.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We use your personal data only to:
(a) verify your eligibility and validate your receipt and qualifying purchase;
(b) administer the lucky draw and determine and contact winners;
(c) arrange verification, delivery and/or collection of prizes;
(d) send you contest-related communications (entry acknowledgement, approval, rejection and
winner notifications, and collection reminders);
(e) prevent fraud and duplicate entries; and
(f) analyse the contest on an aggregated, de-identified basis and meet our legal obligations.
We will not use your data for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
3. CONSENT
By submitting the entry form and ticking the consent box, you consent to our collecting, using
and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time
by contacting our Data Protection Officer (section 8). Withdrawing consent may mean we can no
longer include you in the lucky draw or fulfil a prize.
4. DISCLOSURE & THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it to: the Organiser (Energizer Singapore
Pte. Ltd), as the party on whose behalf the contest is run; and trusted service providers who
process it on our behalf strictly for the purposes above (e.g. cloud hosting, secure receipt
storage and email delivery). Some providers may store or process data on servers outside
Singapore; where data is transferred overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of
protection comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data where required or permitted by law.
5. PROTECTION & RETENTION
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect your data. Receipt images are held in
access-controlled storage viewable only by authorised contest staff. We retain personal data
only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal or accounting
requirements — and no later than ninety (90) days after the winner announcement — after which
it is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. WINNERS' DATA
If you win, we may collect additional identity/verification details for prize release, and the
Organiser may publish the winner's name (in part) as required to announce results, in
accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
7. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PDPA
Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or
withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer.
